1. 14-Day Voluntary Refund Window

We offer a voluntary 14-day refund window from the purchase date. If Omaship is not a fit for your project, request a refund within that period.

2. Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit mandatory statutory rights, including consumer withdrawal rights where applicable. See our Withdrawal Policy for details and the model withdrawal form.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to [email protected] from the email address used at checkout and include your Paddle transaction or order ID if available.

4. Processing and Settlement

Refunds are processed via Paddle to the original payment method. Settlement timing depends on your payment provider and bank.

5. Pre-orders

Pre-orders follow the same 14-day voluntary refund window starting on the purchase date.
