Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (for example by email) to:

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice.
Reimbursement is made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Digital Content Notice
For digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire if performance begins after your express prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose your withdrawal right once performance starts (Sec. 356 para. 5 BGB).
